QD Fallah app for iPhone and iPad

This app is a questionnaire to evaluate the performance of Fallah Dunkin Donuts franchise stores.

In this app, users are to log in with either personal or work email; there is no restriction with the login information preference.

In this app, any of the employees evaluate each one of the stores associated with the said franchise.

The results of these questionnaires will be evaluated and received by the administration department of the franchise.

Eventually we will ask our customers to rate our service.

This app is free. You can have complete access with only one download. The unlimited version unlocks all functions (except the "answers" section, which is only accessible for administrative roles). It allows future upgrades.
